Food Safety Department at Dubai Municipality is one of the departments leading to cover the food safety, its control & monitoring. As a part of that, all the food transport engaged with transportation of any kind of foodstuff is mandatory to be inspected and shall be issued with the permit to keep in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements in the Emirate of Dubai. The violators shall be actioned as per the Local Order No. 11/2003
